When buying our vintage clothes, please take note of the actual measurements that we have provided. We measure all clothing flat, and sizes are doubled to convey the size you would get by measuring yourself. We measure each garment at the bust, waist, and hip, as well as provide the length. If you require any other information, please do not hesitate to ask. Please do your best to make sure that the garment you are purchasing is a fit you desire before purchasing, as we do not accept return requests that are due to a garment being the wrong size, or to defects that were properly described before sale. Please take the time to read all applicable descriptions, paying close attention to sizes and condition. We describe all of our products to the best of our ability, and rely on years of experience and lots of cited research in doing so. However we are only human, and error is inevitable. Please remember this. We do not accept return requests due to defects that were properly described before sale.



Each order through is hand-packed by either Ellen and/or Brett with love and care. All orders place through our site are processed immediately and will be filled and shipped within the next 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number(s) and any other applicable information. 

We do not offer expedited or rushed shipping, but we are happy to do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have a special request, please do not hesitate to email us.

All of our orders are packed with loving care, and we take pride in making each package exciting to open.  If you would like your item gift wrapped, or have any other special packing or shipping requests, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work to honor your request.

Squarespace, the host of our site and webstore, maintains a strong rating for security during commerce transactions made through their service, and we make sure to keep on-top of their policies and efforts regarding these issues. All payment information is processed through a secure and encrypted connection and no credit card information is saved after the transaction has completed. We keep records of all orders, including name, address, and any other pertinent mailing information, but we do not keep credit card numbers.
